Capital Initiative

On February 12, 2010 the Cecil County Young Democrats officially launched their 2010 Capital Initiative. The overall goal is to raise $15,000 in Q1 and Q2 of 2010 in order to provide training for members, and readily available monies to help promote strong democratic candidates in elections.
